How To Measure
WAIST: Measure around your natural waistline—right above your hips.
INSEAM: Measure from your crotch to ankle bone. All shorts inseams are 9", pant inseams are 32-34", increasing with size.

How To Measure
HEAD: Measure around your head just above your eyebrows - where you would normally wear a cap.
NOTE: All measurements should be made with a flexible cloth tape for best results. Relaxed posture with the tape snug but not too tight, for all measurements.
