Easy Returns
We are committed to customer satisfaction, so if you are not 100% satisfied with any purchase, simply return it within 30 days to receive a full refund or, you can exchange it within 30 days for a like item.
If you need to return or exchange an item, click here to begin the process and print a return label. It's convenient and trackable. Please note you will be charged $7.95 for using the pre-paid return label. Please also be sure to include a note, or our return form with the shipment, otherwise your return may be delayed.
Refunds On Orders With Free Promotional Items
When a customer returns an item that originally came with a free promotional item, the free item must be included in the return, unless the remainder of the order satisfies the promotional offer terms. If the free item is not returned, the cost of that item will be deducted from the refund amount. This policy helps ensure fairness and maintains the integrity of promotional offers by preventing customers from benefiting from free items without fully completing the terms of the original purchase.

NOTE - when looking up your order to generate a return label - Make sure to enter your order number WITHOUT the pound sign (#) AND WITH THE "S". For example: S-1000.
Also, make sure to use the zip code that you used for your order. You can check your order confirmation to ensure you are using the right zip code for look-up.

With our pre-paid return label service, you will have real time tracking, priority processing, and your package will be fully insured. You will not be charged the cost of return shipping if it is due to defective item(s), item(s) damaged in shipping, or if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect order or item, etc.).
Please use original packaging if intact or other sufficient packaging to assure a safe return. If items are damaged during the return shipping as a result of insufficient packaging, you may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for another size or item, please process a return request here (follow the notes above for submitting this request) but also print and fill out the return form available here to be included with your return packaging otherwise everything will be processed as a return and a refund will be issued.

How much does a Prepaid Return Label cost?
Our Prepaid Return Label costs $7.95. The amount will be deducted from your return total.
Will I be getting a credit or a gift card for my return?
Returns are accepted within 30 days and will be refunded back to your original form of payment.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once your return is received in our facility, we ask that you please allow a few additional business days to process your items as our Returns Department processes returns in the order they are received. Please note, if you do not include our return form, or instructions with your shipment, your return will be delayed. If we have your email address on file, we will send a return confirmation email once your item(s) have been received and refunded. It can take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment.
How long will it take to receive my exchange?
After your exchange is processed and shipped, it will take 4-7 business days for it to be received to your location.
Are Sale Items Eligible for Returns?
No, ALL SALES ARE FINAL on clearance items and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
