How can I track my shipment?
If you provided your email address wheh you placed the order, when it ships you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a link to track your shipment. Typically, shipment details do not show up immediately and you should start to see updates after 24 hours.
What if I'm shipping to Alaska?
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can use either or Saver or 3-5 day service. Due to the extended distance, there will be an additional 2-3 business days for delivery. Saver shipments will be received in 6-10 business days and 3-5 day will generally be 5-8 business days. Sorry, Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible for 2 day or next day options.
Do you ship to Canada?
No, we do not offer shipping to Canada at this time.
What is a business day?
Business days are Monday through Friday except for postal holidays.
Returns
What if I just want to exchange for a different size or item?
You will process your exchange as a return but you will need to include a completed return form with your item if you are looking to exchange, otherwise everything will be processed as a return and a refund will be issued.

Where can I print out a prepaid return label
It is saying it "cannot find your order" when I try to get a return label
Make sure to enter your order number WITHOUT the pound sign (#) example: S-1000 not #S-1000.
Also make sure to use the zip code that you used for your order. You can check your order confirmation to ensure you are using the right zip code for look-up.
How much does a prepaid return label cost?
Our Prepaid Return Label costs $7.95. The amount will be deducted from your return or charged to your payment method on file if making an exchange.
Will I be getting a credit or a gift card for my return?
Returns are accepted within 30 days and will be refunded back to your original form of payment. For returns after 30 days you will receive a Gift Card equal to the net return value.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once your return is received in our facility, we ask that you please allow a few additional business days to process your items as our Returns Department processes returns in the order they are received. If we have your email address on file, we will send a return confirmation email once your item(s) have been received and refunded. It can take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment.
How long will it take to receive my exchange?
After your exchange is processed and shipped, it will take 4-7 business days for it to be received to your location.
Are sale items eligible for returns?
No, all sales are final on clearance items, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Is Nano Silver safe?
The proprietary silver process we are use are considered EPA safe and pass EPA regulatory standards for effluency. This means that the amount of silver that comes out during washing of the garment is below the amount allowed. Our silver has been used in medical equipment and hospital linens for many years. All of the treatments we use are OEKO-TEX® approved and bluesign® partnered, both of which maintain the highest standards in the garment industry for safety and the environment.
Is Iron Joc apparel machine washable?
Yes, all of our items are machine washable. Set you machine to Regular/Normal (40° C / 105° F), tumble dry low heat, do not use bleach, do not use softeners, and do not iron. Please note that the use of softeners will inhibit the effectiveness of the fabric.
Gift Card
How do I purchase a gift card?
You can purchase a gift card here. gift cards are not physically shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your gift card code.
How do I access my Iron Joc gift card?
Simply enter the gift card code on the checkout page and the amount will be deducted off your order total. If you bought the gift card for somebody else to use, not a problem! Just forward the gift card to them and they can use it whenever they like.
How long is my gift card valid for?
Our gift cards have no expiration dates!
Do I have to use the full amount in one order?
No you don't. The amount you spend will simply be deducted from your Gift Card credit. You can then use the same Gift Card code on a new order you place with us.
